1. Guarantee period:
The scooter's limited warranty is for a period of 24 months and comes into effect upon receipt. The guarantee includes technical online support for 24 months.
2. Guarantee coverage:
The warranty only covers the following parts:
-Motherboards / PCB (24 months)
-Motor (12 months or 18,000km)
-Lithium battery (12 months)
Lead battery (6 months)
-Chargers: 12 months.
3. Replacement procedure:
If you need to replace any part, you must first contact us for approval of the parts. The buyer has to send the defective part to our factory in China for inspection. If these parts are found within 2 months of receiving the product, if the buyer wishes to replace them, they must ship the parts to us at their own expense, we will repair or change the parts and return them to the buyer at our expense and repair Shipping. If the buyer chooses to send us the defective parts 2 months after receiving the product, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and taxes.
